Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, feta cheese (optional)

How to Prepare

  • Wash and chop lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.

  • Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.

  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.

  • Season with salt and pepper, toss well.

  • Sprinkle feta cheese on top if desired.

Broccoli Stir Soup

Ingredients

Broccoli, garlic, ginger, onion, vegetable broth, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, black pepper, sesame oil

How to Prepare

  • Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until fragrant.

  • Add chopped broccoli and stir for 2–3 minutes.

  • Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

  • Reduce heat, simmer until broccoli is tender.

  • Blend for a smooth soup or leave chunky, season with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Serve hot, garnish with sesame seeds. Avoid overcooking broccoli to retain nutrients.

Bell Pepper Cucumbers

Ingredients

Bell peppers, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)

How to Prepare

  • Slice bell peppers and cucumber into thin strips.

  • Mix vegetables in a salad bowl.

  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over them.

  • Season with salt and black pepper, toss well.

  • Garnish with chopped fresh herbs.

Ingredients

How to Prepare

  • Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.

  • Add zucchini and cook until slightly tender.

  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook 2–3 more minutes.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle Parmesan if desired.

Serve warm. Can add herbs like basil or thyme for extra flavor.

Kimchi - Korean Pickle

Ingredients

Napa cabbage, carrot, daikon radish, green onion, garlic, ginger, salt, chili flakes, rice vinegar, sugar

How to Prepare

  • Salt the chopped cabbage, let sit 1–2 hours, then rinse and drain.

  • Mix cabbage with carrot, daikon, and green onion.

  • Prepare paste: garlic, ginger, chili flakes, rice vinegar, and sugar.

  • Coat vegetables with the paste thoroughly.

  • Pack into jars, let ferment at room temperature 1–3 days.

Other instructions

Refrigerate after fermentation. Adjust chili for spice preference.
